Our products
We sell concentrated food flavourings for home use in baking, drinks and similar culinary applications. They are not finished e-liquids and are not intended for vaping. Follow the usage guidance on each product page; concentrates must be diluted before consumption.
Orders and payment
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order; we may decline an order and refund you in full. Payment is taken by PayPal at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Delivery
Delivery is to UK addresses via Royal Mail at £2.99 per order, free on orders over £10. See our Delivery Information page for details. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations and returns
You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the sealed-goods exception explained on our Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by anything in these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the price of the products concerned. We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of products, including use contrary to the stated dilution guidance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
