Switch Flavours is operated by Jonathan Terrington trading as Switch Flavours, 285 Dickson Road, Blackpool, FY1 2JL, United Kingdom. For data protection purposes the data controller is Jonathan Terrington, reachable at hello@switchflavours.co.uk.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, phone number (if given) and order history. Payment card details are never seen or stored by us; payment is handled by PayPal.
What we use it for
- Processing and delivering your order (legal basis: contract).
- Keeping accounts and records as required by law (legal basis: legal obligation).
- Answering your messages and managing your account (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- Sending marketing emails only where you have opted in (legal basis: consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with: PayPal (to take payment), Royal Mail (to deliver your order), and our website host Hostinger (to run the site). We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax and accounting rules. Account information is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to the records we must legally keep.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Email hello@switchflavours.co.uk to exercise any of these. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
