Switch Flavours is a small flavour shop in Blackpool. We have been bottling flavours here since 2013, first for our own counter, now for bakers, sweet makers and candle people all over the UK.

Every bottle is filled, labelled and packed by us at 285 Dickson Road. Small batches, no warehouse halfway across the country, no call centre. When you ring or email, you get the same people who bottled your order.

Why we started the shop

We kept meeting bakers buying tiny bottles of weak supermarket flavouring and wondering why their cakes tasted of nothing. Concentrated flavouring is what the trade uses, and there was no reason home bakers and small businesses should not get the same stuff at a fair price. So here we are.

Straight answers

If a flavour is not right for what you are making, we will say so. If you are not sure how much to use, read our guide or just ask. We use these flavours ourselves, so the advice comes from the kitchen, not a script.
