Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel, no reason needed. To cancel, email hello@switchflavours.co.uk with your order number.
Sealed goods exception
Because our flavourings are sealed consumable products, the cancellation right is lost once the seal is broken. We can only accept returns of bottles that are unopened with the seal intact. This is in line with the hygiene exemption in the regulations.
How to return
Email us first, then send the unopened items to: Switch Flavours, 285 Dickson Road, Blackpool, FY1 2JL. You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns; we recommend a tracked service as the items are your responsibility until they reach us. Return items within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned items (or proof of posting) we refund you within 14 days, to your original PayPal payment method. Change-of-mind refunds include the standard delivery cost of your original order (£2.99); express or upgraded delivery costs are not refundable.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
